Adam enjoys runaway Cross Country success

A talented sports star of the future is enjoying runaway Cross Country success, as he prepares to set the pace among the best in the country.

Adam Saul-Braddock recently represented Wolverhampton Schools in the West Midlands Junior Boys Cross Country Championships and took first place.

The Year 9 student has now qualified to run in the English Schools’ Athletic Association’s Cross Country Championships, which will be held at Wolverton Park on March 5.

The ESAA National Cross Country Championship is the most eagerly anticipated event of the winter for young athletes. Organised entirely by volunteer teachers, the event brings together the best athletes in each of the 45 counties in England to compete for the honour of being the best in the country.
